We’re looking for experienced consultants, MBAs and graduates to add to our teams.
The type of person who fits in well at Lighthouse takes responsibility for delivering a great job on their part of the project and has an ability to “click” with clients. We need good listeners who are prepared to take the time to understand what our clients want to achieve, and want to work in a dynamic environment which welcomes new ideas and challenges.
You need
You’ll need strong analytical skills – both numerical and qualitative – and good emotional intelligence to help you read clients. Much of our work involves presenting and moderating meetings and workshops with senior executives, so you need to have the confidence to discuss complex issues with demanding audiences.
